MEMBERSHIPS

We have two facilities - the Bremer Community Center (“Bremer Center”) building and the Penner Athletic Courts (“PAC”). You may have a membership to just the Bremer Center, just the PAC, or a combined membership that allows you to use both the Bremer Center and the PAC facilities. Membership fees are adjusted annually. Membership fees for 2025 are as follows:

Bremer Center only: $10 per month

PAC only: $25 per month

Combined membership: $30 per month

 

Access to both facilities is through a key fob. You must have a key fob. There is a one time enrollment fee of $25, which includes one key fob. Replacement fobs are $10. You may only share your fob among your immediate family members who live at the same address. You must list all people who will be using the fob.

 

Key fobs allow access to the building from 5 am to 10 pm.

 

Fobs allows users to walk in the facility and use the gym for recreation (shooting hoops and playing volleyball). Walking and use of the gym is on a non-exclusive basis.

 

There are additional fees to participate in leagues and conduct practices (including but not limited to basketball, pickleball, volleyball leagues, martial arts and fitness classes).

If the facility is rented (which will generally be shown on the calendar), walkers cannot walk in the rented areas and, if the gym is rented, members may not use the gym to shoot hoops, play volleyball, etc.

 

All children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult - no exceptions.
